Even after being contacted several times, nobody comes back to clarify the cases. Only reminders come regularly. Dubious portal.

::Made the mistake of contacting this company for help with new coffee machines. The minute I hung up with the representative (kindly asking for some basic information via email after turning down an unnecessary face-to-face meeting) I received a barrage of phone calls from other companies they work with, as well as several emails...all within 15 minutes! Who has the time or effort to deal with this?!!!
