::I had some issues with the seat of the bike and passed by. The owner made time for me immediately and just helped me out like that. Kind, quick and he did not charge me. :-) very kind.

::My gear chain had given way. I was greeted very well and explained everything very precisely!! They were also kind enough to let me know that incase there is more expense or more adjustments to do they will verify with me before proceeding! They speak very good english, which is very helpful for someone like me ( new to Berlin & still learning german) :) Not your typical commercial bike shop, genuinely knowledgable and experienced and they also had the bike ready way before the promised date. Would definitely go back and HIGHLY recommend !!

::Pricey and poor service. I paid 28€ to change a tube last minute and the next day it was as flat as before. They didn’t want to give me my money back because it could have 'drive on glass'. No discussion possible, worst customer service.
