  We booked this hotel to explore the city and to go to a concert. The U-Bahn station was within walking distance and easily reachable. The hotel and room was great for a two night stay. Very comfortable beds. Free parking. The only thing is that you could hear the traffic noise in the room, even with closed windows, which was a bit annoying.

  Nice place. Friendly staff. No need to check in. You will get a code upon reservation and you can use that code to enter your room and parking area. So just book and stay at no complex procedures no waiting time. I like it much.

  Clean facility, easy to find, sufficient parkings underground and behind the building, option to buy all you can eat breakfast, vending machine for quick snacks and drinks. Hot water and clean rooms. Great value. Will stay again and recommend.

  **Moderate Experience** I recently stayed at B&B hotel, and my overall experience was moderate. While the room was clean, I found old dirty cups in the bathroom. There was no cleaning service in the morning, so I had to request new towels myself. Additionally, there was only half a roll of toilet paper upon my arrival. Imagine being on the road with your entire family for 12 hours. Furthermore, there was no staff present in the morning, making it challenging to address any questions or concerns promptly. On the day of check-out, scheduled for 12 o'clock, the staff began knocking at 10 AM for room cleaning, despite the official check-out time of 12 o'clock. When I asked if they could come back later, they knocked again around 11 AM. This gave me the impression that little consideration was given to the official check-out time. However, the plus point is the free parking available under the hotel, which can be convenient for guests with a car. There are areas that need improvement, such as better room cleaning and more consistent service. Overall, it's a very basic accommodation. Perhaps suitable if you're passing through, but not ideal for an extended stay, certainly not longer than two days. Next time, I'll conduct more thorough research before booking a B&B hotel.

  I always choose B&B HOTEL because of it's affordable rates. They offer reasonable rates and I had easy transaction on their website. The front desk officer in München City - Nord branch is friendly and accommodating. I will surely book again because of the smooth transaction and comfortable stay. I would like to suggest to them to add a small water heater inside the room. I also didn't received the free bottled water mentioned in the ads.
