  Very arrogant on the phone and rude. With a 800 € bike after 1 year gear shift defective and guarantee was still available but refused with an excuse on his part. First inspection in the first year free of charge was told to me when buying. During the phone call for the inspection, he didn't want to have known about it, so he was kidding. Never buy anything there again

  Scammers !!! The chain on the e-bike broke, he wanted to fix it himself, since then the chain has been too short !!! For less than 10 minutes of work without material costs 20 € required. It has often been said that you shouldn't go here, but should now get clarity after trying. I will definitely go to another specialist shop next time! With professional experience and craft. I would definitely like to give 0 points here.
