::You should take some time with you, because the customer is actually still king here.... very nice, competent and friendly employees who always make an effort to please everyone. At least this is my personal impression from my last few visits.

::Not recommended, account fees increased, debits were sometimes not traceable. But branches are closing, the simplest orders were not carried out and criticism was not responded to appropriately. I was a long-time customer but I'm glad I'm finally out of here.
