  I mourn the “good old days”. I had ONE advisor & contact person for many years. This creates trust on both sides. For 3-4 years the consultants have been changed like their underpants. The “local bank” argument with correspondingly high fees no longer works here.

  It's unbelievable the Low German in which advice is given over the phone. I had the feeling I was on the phone with the farmer next door. According to the consultant, Bank 1 Saar operates “branches” even after repeated inquiries. He actually thought it was a branch. Thumbs up for a good education.

  Since Bank 1 Saar has closed all branches in the Saarlouis district, You have to go to Saarlouis to deposit money. Unfortunately there is only one off and on Deposit machine and one for bank statements. This means taking a lot of time and then it's over.- and deposit machines are usually defective or the deposit function does not work! Alternatively, I could pay at the counter but then there will be a fee. Very annoying!!! Made the journey for free!

  Very easy to reach. Excellent service. No parking problem.
