  So far I have only had problems with this bank and especially with this branch, which is incompetent and cannot be recommended.

  Due to the incompetence of the employees, I lost the money to live on (rent, electricity, etc.) after an account was seized, because everyone sees “differently” what works and what doesn't work. Only after many calls and by chance did I get in touch with the employee, Raphael Maas, who was able to help me within minutes and get everything started, but unfortunately it was too late. The behavior of the two women at this bank is condescending and not at all friendly. No consideration is given to customers.

  Polite reception, quick help and super friendly staff. Everyone does their best and tries to help. I would never go to another bank again and can only recommend this one. That's why there are 5 stars.
