::No. No. No. Never again. Electric bike bought - 3 years ago - 2 times broken. First engine - cost 250 euros. Two cables broken. Seller not helped - no fancy looking for problems. He said no more parts for my bike. He just wanted to sell. Quality is very bad. 5 years and I have to buy noue. But seller first was very nice and said that is very good quality. No thanks. I do not recommend.

::Only sale, but woe you have a problem ... We bought 3 Kellys bikes from Bad Bikes 3 years ago. The sales advice was helpful and friendly. Bicycles were handed over fully assembled by the specialist staff. 2 of the bikes were a birthday present. After the first few days the chain jumped between the sprocket and spokes. The chain could not be repositioned without specialist tools. So off to the dealer. He fixed it, gear shifting probably set again but did not look enthusiastic. A few days later the same thing with the 2nd bike. So let go and straighten it out. The dealer seemed a bit annoyed. We asked whether a protective disk between the pinion and spoke could be retrofitted. This was denied. Then the chain jumped again behind the sprocket pack on the first bike. We were desperate. My husband then found a bike shop in Oschersleben that helped us. He ordered the protective disks, mounted them behind the sprocket package and since then the chain never jumped over the sprocket package again and my twins had a lot of fun with the bicycles for 3 years. Now new wheels were needed. I wanted to have Kellys bikes for the kiddies again because the quality really convinced me apart from the initial difficulties. Originally, we still wanted to buy from Bad Bikes again. Due to the current Corona crisis and because I was told that the bike shop was closed and I panicked that I was there without a birthday present, I bought Kellys bikes online. In wise foresight, the spoke protection discs too. Unfortunately, I saw too late that bad bikes aren't closed. So my husband handed over with the rear wheels and protective windows there and back for installation. Unfortunately, I had ordered the wrong discs because of all the excitement. I had noticed this in the meantime and wanted to ask if he would install the right ones for me. The dealer Bad Bikes let me feel clearly that he is not interested in my problem. 😕 He didn't even have the respect to look me in the face during the conversation and continued to assemble on another customer's bike. He had a pejorative stance and seemed offended that I didn't buy the bikes from him. Here you are definitely only out for sale. If you have a problem, you will definitely not get competent help from Bad Bikes. Kellys bicycles yes ... Bad Bikes NO THANKS
