::We also have good artisan bakers in the Palatinate. But I can't get such a delicious butter and raisin stollen like the one from the Schwarze bakery in Bennewitz on the German Wine Route. Every year my neighbors also look forward to being invited to “Stollen Coffee” and to the excellent Christmas pastries from the Schwarze Bakery. A big compliment for the very informative “Black Bread Sheet”. Thanks.
