::The new colleague in sales is very friendly. Top advice and always a smile on your face

::Saturday we went shopping at Rewe and then picked up a LARGE capuccino and two quark bags from Ihle.. When I got my cup it wasn't even half full. (Then I can also buy a small cappuccino, if only the cup is smaller then the cup would be full?) When I asked the man about it, his answer was: “The prices haven’t gotten any more expensive, but the cappuccino has gotten smaller.” - Basically, I can see that with the price increases etc., but I regularly buy a cappuccino at Ihle in Bobingen and the cup is always completely full. There was no answer from him. (I also have a photo of the full cup, unfortunately forgot the half full one) It seemed to me as if the man was new, but he was selling a cappuccino cup that wasn't even half full...

::The tables are dirty and sticky. The staff would rather talk loudly about types of permanent make-up instead of picking up a cloth. By the way, one of the ladies always has a funny video on their cell phone to show their colleagues. The thing is, the staff is having fun, the customer is leaving again.

::Disrespectful and defiant behavior from the saleswoman. When asked why the customer was not wanted here - were the ordered items reclaimed and the sale simply ended!? Understood…

::Pastries really top notch. Pretzels taste like they should, great! We receive very friendly service, something that doesn't happen everywhere! When we realized after closing time that we had forgotten the wallet in the store, we were still able to come by to pick it up. 7 out of 5 stars, keep it up! Thank you very much!
