  One of the last traditional local bakeries. Products are baked right here freshly every day. They avoided the atmosphere of yet another coffee franchise that so many bakeries adopted recently.

  The Braune Inh. Werner Gniosdorz bakery is located at Friedrich - Ebert - Str. 101, 14467 Potsdam. The fact is, however, that the aforementioned bakery is one of the last traditional bakeries in Potsdam. The rolls as they used to be are still available today, in the same good quality. In addition, there is also a good offer, of various breads, as well as very exemplary types of cake. In this respect, the offer is quite diverse, In addition, you can order pastries that have not been sold on your smartphone using the Too Good to Go app and pick them up in the evening for 3.00 euros. In fact, the respective value of a bag is around 8.00 euros. The staff is very friendly, helpful, socially competent, nice, and very valuable. From this point of view, I can recommend the Braune bakery to others.

  I prefer to buy bread from the artisan bakery than in the supermarket, and I also like to cycle a few kilometers for it - but here I got the worst stale bread I have ever bought, typical factory bread consistency on the first day. And that with two types of purchase. Too bad.
