  Kann nur jedem abraten hier ein Auto zum mieten! Personal ist Mega unfreundlich, zugesagte Konditionen werden nicht eingehalten! Sehr schlampig der Laden. Das Auto war schmutzig, Tank nicht voll. Nie wieder. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht!

  NEVER EVER THINK ABOUT RENTING A CAR FROM AVIS/BUDGET!!!! Pay more and get at least acceptable service level. They do nothing when there is a problem. I give 1 star because there is no option to give ZERO. They provide NO CUSTOMER SERVICE whatsoever. They are unreachable on the phone and when they pick up they do nothing to sort out a customer request/lost item case. They can only smile at you until they expecting some money from you! When the deal is done they are not willing to make any further little effort towards the customer. German customer servic is also useless. They promised to talk to the local office and call me back and respond in email anyway. I did not get an answer for my inquiry for 3 weeks still, even thogh I have been constantly ringing the phone number provided, talked to at least 4 different people at 4 different depratments/offices. No help but which is even worse not even a single response to my question at all. I left my suit in the car upon return to the airport. Just 2 hours later when landed I tried to call them immediately but it was impossible to directly talk to the office at the airport. The machine put me through to the EU customer service. I explained my probelm, they promised me to pass on the problem to the local office and that they will call back. They never did. I have been trying to find out whether they have found my lost item on several occasions, no real help at all, probably they never checked whether my item is there or not. OR perhaps they stole it for themselves. But at least a phone call confirming that is not there should have been made. My item was surely there at the time of my first call they should have just answer my call and check the trunk. It was an expensive suit!!! I am so incredibly annoyed by how this company treats customer issues...

  Die Autovermietung ist soweit in Ordnung. Das Preis / Leistung Verhältnis stimmt , aber der Umgang mit den Kunden war früher besser. Es gibt " Bessere" , nicht unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen .
