::This AVIS office deserves special mention. The treatment we received was exceptionally courteous, helpful and forthcoming. This did not only apply to the front desk lady but equally to the staff at the underground pickup/dropoff station. Perfect service.

::Shocked to see that so pans people report the same issue we had here. Feels like Avis business model is cheating clients. Booked a car here and returned it the same day. The car had no reported damage. We hardly used it and for sure did not cause any issue. The next day they send en email claiming tires had to be changed and charged us hundreds of EUR. I feel cheated by this company and will never use their service again. The customer service was no help at all.

::DONT TRUST AVIS GERMANY!!! I rented a car in Munich to return next day in Berlin. The only car they had -who believes them- it was almost 200€ a day. I took it anyway and I returned the car on time next day. What is my surprise when they charged me another 200 from the credit card. When I came to the office they just said I had the car two days, what it was a huge lie, so now I have been fighting the last month to get back the money. So if you dont want to be assaulted this way dont go to Avis, and if it has to be so, dont return the car at this office, and if so, take care, take photos of the car in front of the office the returning day....otherwise they are going to take your money!!!

::Stay away from these scammers! We got charged for damages that were already on the car before the rental. Pathetic company, renting an electric scooter or simply walking to your destination (no matter how far it is) would be a better alternative than using their services. Shame on you for treating your customers like this.
