::We had a flat tire and the ADAC towed us and brought us to Auto Plus. It was Saturday morning and we waited until the workshop opened. We described the incident to the employee and he said that he had no tire, one would be there on Tuesday !!!!!! I asked if he could possibly get a tire from another dealer, he said he couldn't, I would have to take care of it myself! After a few phone calls with nearby tire dealers, I finally found a tire. When asked whether they could pick up the tire, this was also answered in the negative. So when I wanted to rent the workshop replacement car, that was no problem, only the key was still in a colleague's mailbox. The employee drove off immediately to get the key, took 25 minutes, in that time he could have taken me twice to the Mercedes dealer 6 km away !! I wonder how a workshop with such a service can still exist, I wouldn't even go there with a rusty bike!
