::Unfriendly, unwilling and incompetent. Unfortunately, my Renault was towed there after a breakdown. For the information that I can scrap the four-year-old car, they wanted 250 euros. My objection that there had to be an invoice first was ignored several times. An invoice was only issued in response to further requests - backdated ten days, with incorrect mileage and positions that cannot be traced. An example: Error diagnosis approx. 70 euros. The ADAC had already done it, the minutes were enclosed. Why should the on-board computer spit out different values ​​at the König car dealership than at the ADAC? Particularly bold: the request on the invoice to rate the workshop with 9 or 10 points if asked. My car is now in better hands with an independent workshop, I will have my customer data deleted in accordance with the GDPR and never want to hear from this shop again. That's why I didn't want to write a review at first. Since Google asked me today to share my experiences, I thought: maybe it will help to save other people from failing this, in my opinion, dubious car dealership. I paid my tuition and it wasn't the first bad experience I had with Autohaus König. Noteworthy in this context: Google Maps lists two companies in the same location: Autohaus König (however only shown as a company car and leasing provider) and Autohaus Röttig (with sales and workshop), although the Autohaus Röttig has not existed for years. My mother was a satisfied customer there for a long time. However, the König dealership has nothing to do with the behavior, previous professionalism and customer friendliness of the Röttig dealership.
