::If you're looking for a fair and correct service you better go somewhere else, when entering it looks like a trustworthy and correct dealership, however this is deceptive. From a sales perspective, well let's say a bakkery selling you a cake will take more time for you and will be more polite. Bought a 70k Euro car and after the sale was closed we we're nearly treated as scum. When we sent someone onsite to pick-up the car, the papers were in another location, these would arrive after, several hours we had to drive 50km to a Deutsche Bank affiliate where the papers were. Transit-plates were to difficult to have arranged, car sold without the Legal obligatory warranty etc.. Skip this car dealer and drive on to the next car dealer where service is considered as a value.

::Enquires by mail about an Audi R8 twice, rang twice, second time was met with a very abrupt "call back in 20 minutes"! I don't speak great German so really needed a little extra support. Then I read the reviews and was disappointed to see that bad service is there normal service! I hope the business owner reads this, there business should be better represented!
