  War das erste Mal hier wegen einer Rückrufaktion Fiat Ducato Wohnmobil und hatte einen sehr guten Eindruck vom Autohaus.

  Nie wieder, man braucht schon starke Nerven. Guter Kundenservice sieht anders aus.

  Alf, Fiat und Jeep-Händler. Sehr guter Werlstattservice. Verkaufsberater sehr kundenorientiert und engagiert. Bin gerne Kunde bei Lauer & Süwer / A.H. Claas.

  We visited this Service station couple of times and first impressions were really very good. But last visit was unfortunately not so pleasant. We asked for one check, which was introduced to as a costs free. We asked about it again couple of times, if it's really under such an conditions and we were always positively assured it is so. After the check we received an invoice with really bad explanation. So, I do not expect such a behaviour and for us it was a deal breaker. I do not also expect things / service for free, but I honour the agreements. Therfore I lost confidence in this Service station as a customer and I will not go there again. They have also higher prices than other autorized Audi services around (for example in Leverkusen). Therefore, I'm giving an negative valuation and I do not recommend this service station.
