::I was always very satisfied with the practice and the doctors. Nice interaction, friendly staff. I have to complain that when you call and want to make an appointment, you are told that an appointment will not be made again until January. With a temporarily repaired tooth (emergency service) that was supposed to be repaired after pregnancy & another problem. The statement from the receptionist: “It lasted the whole time during the pregnancy I find reprehensible”. Very annoying...a waiting period of over 12 weeks when there is an acute need for action.

Since I have had anxiety and panic disorder for many years (not just at the dentist), Mr. Neufang and the nice doctor's assistant were able to calm me down extremely well during the root canal treatment. There was no rush or rush and my fears were also addressed. Great practice, keep it up
