::In my opinion, privately insured is NOT an advantage! My 90 year old mother-in-law was admitted in October with a heart problem. Since she had private supplementary insurance, she was extensively examined. She was also billed for the services of a Professor Klein, which I (working in a medical profession) am more than astonished about. I find it downright reprehensible that one demands examinations from an old lady that have nothing to do with the diagnosis. Kidney-specific examinations that are billed for horrific money, etc., etc. In my opinion, as a legally insured person, you are in the best of hands there!

::Nice little hospital. All the doctors and nurses were very competent and very helpful, and I went through a few areas from the emergency room to internal medicine. Very clean hospital, you immediately feel more comfortable. The room standards and food are normal for a hospital. The surroundings are nice too. Due to the great medical care, it is clearly TOP in the region, also for those with statutory health insurance.
