::We were seen over an hour after our appointment time, which is unacceptable since we are not able to wait inside or be in the exam room with our pets. Recommended two surgeries for the cornea, one of which was not necessary, but didn’t provide any treatments that were helpful and the problems came back. Really expected more from an eye specialist. When I’ve taken them to our normal vets they received the same amount of care, if not better and more compassionate. Prices are not proportionate to expertise, quality of care, or professionalism.
