  My experience was just ok. The service in the reception needs to be improved. Please dont behave with customers as if they are looting you.

  The service I received was impeccable, the only reason they did not receive five stars was, the caviar & champagne was missing. I would recommend them without reservations. combined with their technical know how & customer service I am convinced they are the real deal.
