  What a waste of time and money, I visited this clinic 3 weeks ago to get a professional opinion, all what I got after paying thousands of euros is a verbal general diagnosis with a promise for a detailed one in a couple of days. My treatment is paused, my rehabilitation is paused and it has been 3 weeks and I did not get the report yet despite the several follow up and reminders. What a waste of time and money. The fruit of consultation and diagnosis is a report and I haven't had one and now I'm on hold can't start rehabilitation can't start exercise and don't know what's my condition. Shame on you.

  I had a minor procedure performed in this clinic and must say I was very impressed. I arrived very early in the morning and had someone walk me everywhere I needed to go. Once I got settled in the room I was greeted by a person that took my order for breakfast lunch and dinner. Lots of choices and the food was pretty good. There is mineral and still water outside of the room that is stocked non stop. Bathrooms were nice and each patient had their own sink and storage area. It really felt more like a hotel stay than the hospital stay. Nurses are checking your vitals continuously throughout the day and are very helpful. Everyone spoke English which helped me a lot with my limited German knowledge. I had to perform exercise every three hours and nurses were there on the dot to document everything. It is a private clinic so maybe that’s why it was so excellent, very pricey but if you can afford it, worth it.

  My friend seen how bad I was and got me a appointment at this klinik amazing place great staff very polite and give you all the best possible help the doctors are unreal too I went for a second approach after 3 months with a different doctor no result this klinik is is 5 star doctor Benjamin Weinkauf treated me I couldn't believe he fixed me so quickly amazing people they speak English also am scared of hospital etc. I say the doctors and there assistants are ĺbrilliant they give 110% for your health happy new year to you all and family keep safe and thank you again am back at work 😀

  Wanted to post a more detailed update. Jessica from international patients was amazing and made the entire check in and payment process painless. The nursing staff were some of the kindest and most caring women I have ever been taken care of other than my mother. The staff were all great. Food was delicious. Everyone very attentive. Much better than any American hospital I have ever been in and I've been to a couple.

  My mother had minor back surgery their, the doctor who made the surgery, Dr.File, ruined her back and she has been living in sever pain for years. Shes had to have several other surgeries at real hospitals in germany to repair the damage. The doctors who are carrying out the reparative surgeries were shocked at what they did to her at ATOS. If you want quality treatment, go to a university hospital
