::One bad experience when you are moving is more than enough. The destinations was three hours away. I don’t recommend the service offered by this company. Here is why: - They told me that only on the day of the move, I can know at what time they will show up, but it will be ‘ab Mittag’. Only on the morning of the moving day, I can call to know the exact time - On the morning of the moving day, the person in charge told me he has to go to Berlin (so I am not any priority to him or his customer with a contract), but his college will call me - No one called - Around noon, after me calling several times, this person told me that I have to wait. Someone will call - Someone called at 16h20 - He was in Switzerland. He offered to come pick my stuff next day, afternoon; and to deliver my stuff, the morning after around noon - this means instead of moving my stuff around noon, and having them delivered in 3-4 hours on Saturday, first I should wait a day and a half, and then be without anything overnight, change my work schedule, because now they will deliver on Monday noon, instead of the original moving day of Saturday - mind you, I am sure they charge extra for the moving during the weekend - Me telling them that I have to hand in my flat that day bothered no one I moved somehow, not taking their service anymore. The next day in afternoon someone called me if I need the service, to which I said no. To this day (about two months), I have not received any apologies for this breach in contract, and their unprofessional service. Take your chances, you may get lucky, but also you may end up frustrated with them. Good luck!

::Hands off! The company broke our courtyard lighting and refuses to fix the damage. Instead, no response to all inquiries from me and the property management. Incidentally, the cause of the collision was that the driver left the courtyard in one train instead of shunting in two trains (as with the approach). The local conditions were clarified in writing and with photos before the commissioning.

::The collection of our furniture was delayed by 2.5 hours, but it can happen but you expect a phone call. Our schedule was over. Furniture was invited and then arrived at the new apartment the next day. All plants were crushed or completely broken. Picture frames were scratched and when the furniture was brought into the apartment the stairwell was damaged on several steles. In conclusion, you can only recommend the company if the price really matters. Otherwise pay a little more.

::I put my move in a comparison portal. Atlases removals was around € 500 cheaper than the average sum of the other offers I received. The gentlemen were punctual, quick, extremely polite, very clean and quiet. I would heartily recommend these companies and would choose them again
