  If I could give 0 starts, I would have. After 4 hours of waiting, my daughter with injured joint wasn't even examined. We abandoned the visit and returned home.

  Doctor responds very very late. I have concern with cough and allergies during my admission in 4th floor Gastroenterology, they just only told me to wait for the doctor, insertion of Braunüle have to wait also with the doctors, my morning IV medication was already prepared at 5am and hanged inside my room, since I don’t have Braunüle they cannot start the medication. Till 11am, I already missed 1 dosed of my treat, I‘m still waiting to be inserted a new Braunüle, waiting for a doctor to speak with, medication hanged is already changed the color.. I don’t know what to say but until now I am still waiting for nothing or anything. Several times I followed up to nurse on duty but she said to wait that doctor already knew and he is alone. 🙁🙁

  Both my child and I had a fever and cough for more than a week. We couldn't eat for a whole week. I had the reservation for my kid with children’s doctor. Since my family doctor left for his vacation, I need to see doctor in the clinic. A super disappointing thing happened. A receptionist sitting in the second corner refused me to see the doctor. Because “there is no children’s doctor in this clinic”, even when I said I was very sick, and I want to see doctor by myself. She said” you can’t see doctor with your kid together!” “ You must take your kid to the children’s doctor first!” What kind of this clinic is it? Why are the staffs so unfriendly and incomprehensible here? Couldn’t parent go to see doctor with their children? I was so disappointed and left in tears. I wish no more non-German mothers and children have the same experience.

  The Best of the best!! My baby came in this Hospital under totally control and my wife was very treated like a princess with Services , kind doctors the Nurses very very lovely . Special thanks to nurse Enrica who is very capable, diligent in her profession and very kind. Grazie Enrica, sei molto molto brava e molto cara!

  I food poisoned and went to this hospital. The ambulance came fast and they gave me good attention. In the other side the hospital needs to improve a lot, not infrastructure but some of the nurses were very inattentive. I had to be the one telling them to check the bags, this and that and I waited to see a doctor for more than 3 hours to check out. Hopefully I won't have to be back again here. However a two nurses were very friendly and brought me food, medicine and seemed to really care.
