::The doctors are good. Only today at 9.55 the young blonde at the counter was rude and had double standards. 2 patients without an appointment got their prescription and I was told no, it was just the appointment desk, the others would wait longer, and they came after me. I never had any problems with the other MFA.

::Very satisfied with my treatment and yes, there are waiting times, but given the number of patients and special requests, that is normal. Not a full score because of accessibility. Ideally, do everything you can over the Internet and things will go well.

::Corona rapid test says positive, went to the infection consultation at 11.30 a.m....stood in front of the door in the rain for three quarters of an hour with a fever of 38 degrees...I was deeply disappointed with the outcome...I drove home without treatment...

::Helpful MFA, everyone is very nice. Dr. Focken has been my family doctor for 10 years and I can only recommend him. My gynecologist Dr. Neelsen is also super sensitive and I can only recommend him. What is annoying, however, is that you constantly have to stand in a long line if you want to quickly pick up a prescription.
