  I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at "Arthotel ANA Gold" in Augsburg and I cannot emphasize enough how disappointing and frustrating the entire ordeal was. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this hotel lacked the basic competence and courtesy one would expect from any accommodation establishment. 1. False Promises Regarding Package Acceptance and Lack of Communication: Despite confirming over the phone that the hotel could receive a small package for us, the reality was starkly different. When the courier attempted delivery, the hotel callously refused the package, despite it being clearly labeled for "HOTEL GUEST" and matching the reservation name. Even after bringing this issue to their attention via email, they failed to provide a simple apology, explanation, or offer to rectify the situation. 2. Unwillingness to Accommodate Basic Requests: Our request to refrigerate our baby's medication was met with an astonishing lack of willingness to confirm the existence of a guest fridge on the ground floor. 3. Poor Housekeeping Services: The housekeeping services were abysmal. Despite leaving the room for more than 6 hours and requesting cleaning, our room remained untouched. 4. Exorbitant Charges for Subpar Breakfast: The audacity of charging 17 euros per person for a breakfast that consisted of mere pastries and coffee is outrageous. 5. Outdated Rooms and Inconsistent Water Pressure: While the room itself was passable, it was undeniably outdated. The shower's water pressure was abysmal, creating a frustrating showering experience, while the sink's water pressure was inexplicably too strong. The only redeeming feature was the sauna/pool area, but it hardly compensates for the multitude of issues encountered elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by seeking alternative accommodations. I certainly will never consider returning to this hotel in the future.

  Worth every penny. We have stayed for 1 night only but this place is well designed and well thought for customers. Nice and cozy swimming pool, Sauna available beside and all that you need for relaxation. Extra credit as they have 24*7 available teas/ coffee. Loved the place. Only less points for service as we did not need it and hence I cannot say if it's the best. But I had no complain at all. I will definetly love to stay here again. Thanks!

  A Very nice hotel! Good and clean rooms. A night bar and garden available. A breakfast of many choices for different tastes. Exceptionally friendly staff, ready to help and support at any time during working hours. Pool, fitness room sauna facilites are indoor, clean and well organized. I liked that it barely had people inside so one can enjoy a nice quiet time.

  The male receptionist puts in lots of effort. Made the stay a good one. Free parking along the street. Near a tram stop n a supermarket. There are water coolers available. Unfortunately, the cleanliness could be better. Hair was not cleared by housekeeping. The toiletries provided (cotton buds) had foreign pubic hair (I think or a long eyebrow). Would have preferred it if the staff wore masks, especially when cleaning the room. Room was small. We got the cheapest category. Bed's springs were gone.

  This is an excellent hotel with the best service and facilities in all of Bavaria. Clean rooms, cozy restaurant, polite staff. I especially want to note the work of the beautiful girl Valeria, who does her job perfectly as a receptionist. I recommend to everyone! You won't find better!
