  Door was open. I came in, picked something to drink and waited for cashier. In typical rude German fashion "Wir haben noch nicht offen". This is not written at the door and the door is not locked so being treated like I did something wrong, is just not ok. If German service staff does not soon realize their job is to serve, they will soon be replaced by robots that can do all the mechanical work at a fraction of the cost.

  Not bad. Kids play. At launch time the place is really crowded. Update: we discovered the creative ice cream flavours - the Swirls :) These are sold at the outer corner of the Arena Cafe. Marketed under Langnese label, they has little to do with the label itself, maybe supply of milk? In essence, those ice creams will become your own creation, there are 3 base flavors and about 10 various toppings. From the toppings one can select 5 to create your own ice cream flavour. For example, the toppings can be - ananas, strawberry, mandel slices, smarties, crunchies. The base flavors are vanille, shoco and some other. Price 4,40 euro. I recommend to experiment here.

  The ambience is excellent, but the food is very bad, almost non-edible, vigorous and artificial
