  Actually the Aral isn't bad, the staff could sometimes be friendlier, it always depends on the person. But the car wash is a disgrace. Despite pre-washing with high pressure, then with insect remover, and normal washing, the car looks very bad afterwards. Various things have to be coordinated, such as: Water hardness etc. Limescale stains to the end.

  Unfortunately I have to fill up here more often because I have a tied fuel card. Endless waiting times. There are often no staff at the checkout in the morning (9 a.m.) and you have to wait to pay. In the evening (9 p.m.) there are only 2 gas pumps available (out of 8) because the others are always locked....
