::The customer is immediately approached personally! Today I handed in my parcels around midnight. I was then asked if I had no job. More insults followed ... I wished the nice lady a nice evening. This was acknowledged with a "Oh, lick me, I hope I never have to see you again". The entire behavior took place in the presence of another customer. I will do everything I can to ensure that this behavior is passed on to the appropriate offices.
