  Not premium attitude at all. I had one week old iphone and rotation of the screen didnt work. Arogant stuff provided answer: we have no technician today so come next time or better go to the distributor where you bought the iPhone. Where is Steve Jobs: nobody will leave the store until we fix the issue?!! Very poor service.

  I always wonder what’s the deference between buying an Apple product online and in the Apple Store. Today one staff in the Apple Store Dresden Altmarkt Galerie let me get the answer! If you buy the product online, you just need to make some clicks and the most wonderful is, you don’t have to talk with racist and unbelievably unfriendly staff! The staff was introducing some new functions of iPhone X. Then he talked to two European guys and hope they could reserve one. Those two men just went away and then I went to the staff and asked him “if I reserve the iPhone X now and here, how long do I have to wait?” He just said “ check on the website and ask the computer!” What a wonderful answer!
