  This Hauptbahnhof's still acts like a old school type railway system. There is no proper platform for the passenger.

  I am here regularly when I visit my parents and every time I arrive or depart here I have to deal with unfriendly staff that bends the rules as it pleases. Sometimes you can still go on the track even if the train is coming soon and next time you can not enter the track because "the train so in 5 minutes and you can enter the station sooner to train station" Add to this the arrogance of some railway staff, the seemingly thinking with their suits they would be something -very special and show that as a customer too! Cleanliness is not very important. After all, the bus connection to the surrounding villages deserves a positive rating. My recommendation: as an alternative at the train station Zielitz or Mahlwinkel get in, if you want to avoid this unnecessary stress.
