::Room was not what I requested. Had a bed upstairs. Spiral staircase. It was hot upstairs. They said they only had one room that looked like the one I booked with only one level and large bed. Did not try to satisfy the customer, only that I was wrong and not rooms like I ordered available. The woman managing the breakfast was awesome and does a great job. The restaurant food was great.

::The hotel is nice, quiet and clean and easy to locate, about 10mins walk from Sankt Wendel train station.

::The friendliness I encountered was amazing. The rooms were very clean. Breakfast was delicious and the attached restaurant was a plus. I would highly recommend!

::Check in nd most staff was somehow grumpy but seems to be a general problem of people in this region. Rooms furniture was out of date, there was for example a super old closet in my room. Breakfast was average, but there was a fantastic Italian restaurant directly in the hotel

::Facilities and location are nice. And room condition was great. The only one thing I disappointed as foreigner was reception. If you cannot speak in Germany well, you would like to look for another hotel.
