  Telephones are pure tax waste at the AG. Nobody answers anyway.

  Submits claims without checking them on behalf of lawyers .. maybe that is normal .. if the claim is fully contradicted, no response for three months

  Catastrophe. I've been trying to reach someone there for days and no matter what time you call, nobody will answer. It's pretty embarrassing for a judicial authority.

  you don't necessarily have to go there. Purposefully used former barracks building

  You can't reach anyone there by phone! This has been going on for weeks!
