  Good cafeteria. I've never been stationary there. Always only at RIO in front of the hospital.

  My girlfriend was supposed to come to audition for the mental hospital, we were told we could come on Saturday. On site we were told that there are only office hours during the week "after all, it's the weekend". When the doctor did come, he spoke hardly any German, looked at his cell phone more than anything else and wanted to send us for couples therapy and refused her inpatient admission. Never again, the 2.8 star rating is still friendly. Unfriendly and snippy staff, psychiatry in the basement that looks more like a warehouse.

  I would love to give no star at all! I lost my father because of sisters who didn't feel like doing their job !! A patient who needs ventilation is taken for an X-ray without oxygen and died that night! I was with him for 6 hours no one came take a look is that still normal? Naughty and lazy at the same time! Please nobody should enter this hospital let alone lie there as a patient!

  Booked an appointment for the MRT through a portal. This hospital was reported, booked to another in Oberhausen. Receptionist very unfriendly, couldn't believe it even after the screenshot from the cell phone. Made an appointment elsewhere now. All of you reviews speak volumes
