::I'll try to describe what my experiences were with the outpatient surgery center at the BG Klinikum. First of all, I have to wait a very long time for an appointment to even record my data and my problem. An appointment was then made after I had set everything up, prepared appointments and important customer meetings and canceled them for several days afterwards. Unfortunately, they simply forgot to secure the appointment for me. When I called and wanted a solution, the answer was UPS, sorry, that shouldn't happen. Completely unprofessional, I will definitely not have surgery here again. Especially since they wanted to contact me again for a new appointment and that never happened. Other people sat in the waiting room while I was there and waited more than 5 hours and ended up not having surgery. On the grounds that the time was misjudged for the other ops, just completely disorganized.

::I need an anesthesia (pre-op) consultation. Unfortunately I can't reach anyone, neither by email nor by phone. I have my knee surgery at the end of January/beginning of February! I had surgery there once last year and I generally had a very good experience. However, I don't know how to make an appointment.

::I recently (09/11/2023) had the pleasure of being treated at this hospital and I can say without a doubt that it was an exceptional experience. From the time I was admitted to the time I was discharged, I felt like I was in good hands and looked after. The entire team, including doctors and nurses, did an excellent job. As soon as I entered the facility, I was struck by the clean and inviting atmosphere. The premises were well maintained and exuded a calming calm. This went a long way to easing the usual nervousness that comes with hospitalization and surgery. The doctors here are truly experts in their field. They took the time to answer my questions, explained in detail my diagnosis after the operation and how the treatment would continue after I was discharged. This high level of expertise and communication gave me confidence that I was in the best hands. They helped me overcome my fears and receive the best possible care. The nursing staff also deserve the highest praise. The nurses were always attentive, friendly and professional. They were always willing to listen to my concerns and lovingly attended to my needs. Your care and empathy made my stay so much more pleasant. The technical equipment and medical care in the hospital are first class, as far as I can tell, since I'm not a professional either. I had complete confidence in the quality of care I received here. The food in the hospital also deserves an honorable mention. The meals were freshly prepared, tasty and varied. Nutrition plays an important role in recovery and I felt well cared for and strengthened. I was also impressed by the organization and efficiency of the hospital. Appointments were kept on time and I never had to wait long. The staff ensured that everything ran smoothly. Finally, I would like to emphasize that this hospital not only provides medical excellence but also creates a warm and compassionate atmosphere. The staff here are wholeheartedly committed to the well-being of the patients, and you can feel that in every encounter. Overall, my stay at this hospital was an extremely positive experience. I am grateful for the excellent care I received here and can fully recommend this hospital. Thank you to the entire team for your excellent work and support during my recovery!

::I was quite afraid of my operation in this hospital but it was completely unfounded. Starting with Mr Schwertfeger at the reception, the conversations with the anesthetists Dr. Schweikert and Ms. Habib, the employees preparing for the operation and the surgeon Dr. Jägersberg I had perfect and very personal support. I was not patient XY but a person who was seen very caringly and personally. For me it was and is particularly important to feel personal closeness in addition to professionalism and that was present here in abundance. I only had local anesthesia and can therefore assess the whole thing very well. THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts to the entire team!

::Very nice staff. The food is great and you'll be full. If you are afraid, the staff is empathetic and gives tips from years of experience. Sister Jola performed my drainage tube after the cruciate ligament operation and commented on every step so that I was prepared for what was to come. A clear thank you from me but please say goodbye because I want to stay healthy.
