  I went to the Acqua Clinic for an outpatient polyp operation. The operation was very good and I felt very well looked after by everyone. However, I would particularly like to highlight your first anesthesiologist, Mr. R., who had such a calming manner that it took away my excitement shortly before the anesthesia. Even in the operating room, when some preparations were being made, he was completely calm and calm and guided and accompanied me very well through the process. Thank you for that, I would be very happy if you would also pass on this feedback to him. *Deducted one star because the follow-up care in the head center was completely chaotic and I then switched back to my “actual” ENT doctor.   Actually everything was great. BUT you can only make an appointment via Doctolib or on the website. These are currently (June) in September. In ALL branches. We wanted to have our ears cleaned before the vacation because we often get middle ear infections after swimming. We have been patients there for 20 years and have not been able to get an appointment. In Grünau you are rejected abruptly and in a harsh tone. Very unfortunate.

  I think it's a shame what you're currently reading about the ACQUA Clinic. As a patient I have always been very satisfied here. Very quick and uncomplicated appointments, friendly nurses and very competent doctors. Modern practice rooms and treatment options, manageable waiting times. I was always helped and had the feeling that I was in good hands. I wish the center and especially the employees all the best and hope that the group will continue to be an important medical anchor in the region after the renovation.

  Went there with our son and were very satisfied from start to finish. As parents, we were allowed to go to the operating room and one of us to the recovery room afterwards. The other parent was allowed to wait in the room. The doctor was Mrs. Wilde, who I can attest to being extremely child-friendly. Top!

  I had an operation in the clinic once in 2018 and was really very satisfied. The room was great and I felt very comfortable. I would give 5 stars for that. Yesterday I went back for surgery and it was a disaster! I didn't get a room but a storage room. No bed, no bathroom, no toilet. Not even a mirror! When asked if it wasn't a mistake, they said no, that's how it is today. Of course after I have contributed 35 euros myself. I was then made to wait in this chamber for over 2 hours until I could go to the operation. The surgical team was great even though it was pretty chaotic there, but that can happen. I felt in good hands in the recovery room. After the operation I was taken to another room where a nice nurse removed the flexule and helped me get dressed. ADDENDUM after answer: My last operation was also an outpatient procedure, but I still had a reasonable room with a bathroom and toilet. The WiFi in this little room didn't work and the tray wasn't shown to me.
