  I often shop here. I bought a few persimmons at noon today, the cashier accidentally dropped one on the floor. She did not say sorry to me, even through around the groceries I bought. when I got home, I found out the persimmon already damaged. So I called the store to explain the reason , the staff who answered my phone did not apologize either, she told me to return the goods with the persimmon and invoice. I did not take the invoice with me , I told her the point is the attitude of the cashier, which was very rude! This kind of service has never happened in other chains. Won't come back again!

  Well stocked organic supermarket. Pity they haven't gone packaging free yet.

  A store that doesn't overwhelm its customers with too many choices. Good products and reasonable prices, especially if one buys Alnatura brand products. The customer service is simply world class.
