::The newly designed Brehm House is definitely worth a visit. It turned out very nice. The animals finally have more space and you can really get up close and personal with the tigers through the window. Big compliments to the Berlin zoo, very nicely implemented.

::The redesign was successful, but unfortunately the lions are gone; for me, however, visiting the snow leopards is always an absolute highlight. Watching these beautiful animals sleep and yawn - that's something, and when they deign to get up, happiness is perfect.

::The conversion was definitely necessary and important, but I miss the big cats. The two bears cannot comfort them. The big monkeys aren't there either. Already sad!

::The Alfred Bremen House is interesting. The jungle paths were a little little. If the concrete paths weren't so very wide, you'd feel more like being in the jungle. I would have liked more flowers. For example orchids. To make it even more exotic. On the whole, however, we enjoyed the visit.

::I have to admit that, according to the reports in the media, my expectations were very high. But somehow I was disappointed. Hardly any of the big cats can be found. Especially at this time, when you should also observe the distance regulations, the small viewing areas in the enclosures are simply not enough, although the zoo was not really full when we visited the zoo in the evening. The tropical hall is new and nicely laid out, so I give it at least 3 stars.
