  Actually everything was fine. The nurses and doctors were nice and the food was more than good. However, I am more than two months behind on my discharge report, despite multiple telephone contacts. We carried out the diagnostics, but without any results or discharge report, I'm tired of chasing after it.

  I was on the Kamillus ward for four weeks and felt very comfortable and in good hands. Hopefully it was the last time but if I did I would come here again. Dr. Ott is the best doctor - very emphatic and takes time for his patients

  Concerns the institute outpatient clinic in Cologne Porz: The accessibility of the ambulance is still or is again a complete catastrophe. SOME (newer) employees at the registration desk are unfriendly, arrogant, snotty, not very respectful and give the impression of being annoyed, even though you treat them in a friendly manner. A friendly good day or hello seems to be asking too much. Apparently they don't like their job very much. But the patients can't do anything about it. Ordered prescriptions are often not filled and requests for a call back are ignored. All of this is very tiring and an additional burden for sick people. Positive: The doctors are very friendly and you feel understood and in good hands.

  There are two points because the environment is great and the food was quite good. But Station Thomas was a failure. You are often alone with your problems. Theoretically it's just a place to stay.
