I had an outpatient procedure at the ZAC today. I was ordered at 12:30 p.m. and my turn came at 3:15 p.m. Unfortunately, I only got information when I asked why it was taking so long and how long I had to wait, nobody approached me proactively and I would have liked that. So the waiting time was really extremely nerve-wracking! From the moment I got my turn, everything went really well: fast and well-rehearsed processes, incredibly lovely staff and great and quick care with lovely words after the procedure! So if the organization were to be optimized in advance or at least communicated more, that would be really great.

Special thanks to the nurses. You have nurtured my mother very well.

Anyone who plays with suicidal intent but doesn't dare is in good hands there. They'll do it. It never gets worse. But be careful, it can happen that you survive, then this "clinic" has destroyed your life, like mine, and you are a disabled pensioner and only vegetate at home.

Went to the emergency unit during the week and they were very nice and helpful, told me to return for a CT if the condition does not improve. My condition got worse and thus I went back but on a Saturday. Turns out that another emergency unit is open there. The nurses were very nice and helpful but the doctor (Dr. med. Konstantin Salci) did not look at the previous medical information, did not examine me, only prescribed more painkillers. Throughout the appointment he was extremely rude, acted superior and like he was bored, and laughed at me for asking if the painkillers are different. Whatever you do, do not go to Dr. med. Konstantin Salci.
