  Seeehrr schlechter Service!!!! Nach zwei Stunden versuchter Anrufe endlich jemanden ans Telefon bekommen. Rückruf wurde versprochen, ist aber nie erfolgt.Sie müssen halt nichts verkaufen und brauchen deshalb keinen Kundenservice zu betreiben.

  When my baggage got lost and I tried to get in touch with AHS, every call was transferred to voicemail where I was told to send them an email, which I did. I did not receive a response and the online status of my case was never updated, either, as it turns out: As I was unable to reach anyone for 2 days, I went to the airport to speak with someone in person. I was greeted by an empty luggage area and three idle representatives, one or two more in the office - and no customers. I asked about my luggage, but they apparently had no information. When I was asked to come in and check in the back, I saw my two suitcases right away. Obviously they had been sitting there with my case number clearly printed on the tag and no one ever registered their arrival or updated my case online. Very disappointing.
