  This dubious company ignores customers, so that they continue to be indebted. I've paid a bill of € 177 for over € 1400 and they still want money. There are two bitter women who approach everyone on the phone and just hang up. You want to explain the facts, but they are not really interested in it. I work in customer service myself and that behavior doesn't even work! The question "should I come there" is threatened with police and charges ??????. ??? .. So there is no other option except to keep paying, as nobody clarifies the facts, telephony is blocked and you are threatened with a complaint ... Crass scam .. I would like to know what gang is behind it. And to the weird agrro employees, a little friendlier - then it works with the man's world too;)

  70 euros for 2 letters !? 🤣 Concerning. Requirements here a tip: These types of companies are not allowed to claim their own fancy fees in court. Simply pay the main claim, DIRECTLY to the biller. Do NOT transfer anything to the debt collection agency, that drives you crazy because you are unable to act. So the dirty club remains sitting on its fantasy fees. Of course they try to build up pressure through letters and calls; "blah, blah the claim has not yet been paid ... we will take legal action" ... they won't, they can't! Sit back and enjoy the show of the letter bombs and the telephone terror. The rents on Friedrichstrasse are very high so you have to fool and pull as many as possible. Greetings to Agilis 🖕🥰🤗

  I accidentally made an overpayment to this company, of course I asked for it back, no response to emails ... By phone you are dismissed with the reason that everyone in the accounting department is sick ... And this for weeks! Completely dubious !!!! My last resort to get my money back will probably only be that I hand everything over to a lawyer! And when I look at the other recessions here it really doesn't seem to be a trustworthy company ... I only awarded this 1 star that my recession will be read!

  Absolutely dubious debt collection company. Even though I had paid for it, they simply book the amount again and send me the attachment notice. I will now take legal action. Dirty company 😡😡😡
