  It's beautiful, stylish, clean and well cared for. The stuff is lovely and professional, always willing to help and looking that you are satisfied. Location is perfect. The Spa area is lovely, beautiful, calming and relaxing. Had everything we wanted. It's not huge but it's the perfect size to our opinion. They have about 4-5 saunas, 1 pool, jacuzzi inside and outside, treatments area and 3 different gorgeous quiet areas with beds and laying chairs to chill/read/nap/watch a movie. The food flavor, quality and versatility was good and satisfying. The place looks exactly like in the pictures they presented and even better! That's a very important point for me. Plenty of parking and even with electric vehicles charger right in front. We absolutely loved our stay, will definitely recommend it and most definitely will come back again in the future. Was a wonderful couple getaway for us.

  Surprisingly disappointing experience at the Adler Hausern. My wife and I were looking SO forward to staying at Adler Hausern and there unfortunatley was a miscommunication between their pet policy which on Google stated they allowed pets (see screenshot attached), vs when we arrived we were told pets were not allowed. No problem, we are not the type of people to cause a fuss or a scene and we left respectfully from the establishment without an issue. When we emailed them to share the feedback that their online presence would benefit from being updated, we were told 'thanks for the information', and 'you're banned from coming back to the hotel'.

  Calming with subtle, casual luxury with a wonderful staff. Daniel and Jens were accommodating and friendly! Although our stay was brief, we can't wait to return.

  Beautiful designer hotel with excellent customer service , and excellent food. Pleasantly surprised by the 5 star quality dinner!! Every care taken to make this hotel as ecological as possible. Wonderful spa with every comfort including water beds for relaxing after the sauna. Delightful garden enhances the spa atmosphere. Sadly, single rooms overlook the uninteresting buildings opposite, but doubles have the option to overlook the garden.

  1. Our first room was not renovated and could be described as outdated and basic, with a jumble of different furniture. The second (more expensive one) was renovated but spartan, no fridge or frills whatsoever; not even a service booklet or fruits. 2. Service was not as in the past 30 years of visiting this hotel. For example, when calling for a coffee in the morning, no-one picked up, and when going to reception we were told we could make one ourselves. 3. We had checked in online as per the hotel email request, only to be told upon arrival that this didn't apply. Yet we still received a checkout email! 4. Cost: was above expectation. 5. Area: streetworks all around the hotel, which was loud and dirty. While the hotel can't do anything about this, we found it strange they did not mention it at any point before or during our stay.
