  Unfortunately, the employees look for every parcel or letter to see if there is anything to complain about. Once a problem is raised by the hair, the customers are first instructed extensively from above. No matter how long the queue is. They are far from customer service. If you don't want to be spoken to stupidly, go somewhere else.

  The service is great, the advice on tricky matters is great too! Gladly again. I cannot agree with the previous speaker. I haven't had any annoying staff yet and a little waiting time, my God is that really that bad ??? Funny, in the queue at some fast food providers, nobody complains. People, be glad that we still have this service here on site! That's why I would have given 6 stars!
