::I still don't comprehend how this agency fails to get or transform their services in this Digital age. It's a great service provider only if you like the old school method. Headed to get a license translated, and I was told it will take 7 days because of Corona lockdown. Agreed the delay could exist but they could have scanned my document, set it as a translation job within their employee pool and proceed. It was beyond my comprehension.

::Very slow service. Waited for 20 min just to get a map. Most staff members justed chatted our dusted their keyboards (not kidding). The guy who helped me at the end was friendly though.
