::An ATM broken; the other spends neither fives nor tens. And with the twenties it was over after two bills! Hopefully this was just an unfortunate isolated incident! There is a coin-operated machine for this, at least for direct customers.

::Can someone explain to me how it is not possible that a main branch (AACHENER BANK) is not even able to pay out €5,000. I requested €45,000 with my mum and was told that you would have to ask the safe representative. In addition, strangely enough, it was not even possible to pay out €5,000. This is what your house bank does. Fraud !!! Nothing else!
