::1st visit: Booked an appointment for 19.00, arrived at 18.50, now it is 20.08 and I am still waiting for the doctor. 2nd visit: 8 people in line to the reception desk, each taking 5 mins to serve. The clinic is ether totally overbooked or they don't have enough staff. Ether way poor time service.
