  Really very disappointing :( staff miserable, rooms cramped and drinks not very nice. We were looking forward to staying here but left very underwhelmed. The rest of Hamburg is great though!

  The hotel exceeded my expectations. From the check in, the staff was friendly and the rooms were spacious and very modern. They also encourage sustainability in the rooms, which is great and natural products were offered. The breakfast was good with a variety of dishes to select from.

  Magnificient decorum, nice crew, good music... like the place. Inside restaurant is also great value for money, fine cuisine, and cosy atmosphere.

  Super fun hotel! Good breakfast. Great common spaces. Only thing; breakfast service should work with reservations and check-in good be quicker.

  Wonderful stay in a very special, open and thrilling hotel. You need to see it. The room was cosy and the whole interior was worth seeing. Plus they have an installed cargo container in their lobby with a huge table. So you also can get some work done when staying at 25h.
