  I can recommend this practice, from the reception counter to the follow-up examination, everything went well. Dr Hertel and the team are competent in their work and friendly in dealing with patients. Dr. Hertel works cautiously and has a calming effect, explained everything well. A tip resection was performed and another molar was extracted. Without pain ! It was then advised to use collagen cones, but this is not a health insurance benefit. Was used by me and there was no secondary bleeding. Pulling the two teeth with restoration took less than 10 minutes and was quick and easy. No pain medication was needed. Cooling and rest were enough. The agreed treatment appointments were always carried out punctually without waiting. Good practice planning! Unfortunately, the waiting time for the first appointment was long, but it was worth the wait. Practice is modern and clean. THANK YOU to Dr Hertel and the entire team.

  Last Monday I had a small intervention cutting the root canal from the side, All personal I treated with where very friendly and helpful, as my German is not so good, Dr. Jonas Doehring was fast and precise, the result Is that the recuperation is going very fast and I had no pain afterwards.   Great experience! Wisdom tooth removed quickly and painlessly. Very professionally, everything was clearly explained to me before the procedure, and the process itself took no longer than 10 minutes.

  I have been treated twice here every few months, only with Dr. Hertel and then with Dr. Lübke, and I would always choose this practice if the worst came to the worst. Not only do the men’s doctors educate them thoroughly and competently and they operate quickly and adeptly, so that pain and swelling remain surprisingly manageable, the entire practice team is also extremely friendly, committed and helpful. Appointments are dealt with flexibly and there is a pleasantly relaxed and at the same time professional atmosphere that takes away the fear of the intervention. Medical care as it should be!
