I used zalando with the only plataform and not only you lied to me twice (the second one with super bad manners), but you held a lot of money from me and you are not giving it back. Manners is not something that Zalando stands for

::It’s a warehouse, which I guess is done to give a cool vibe, but due to the smell of sewage on the stairs (and some parts of the store), plus the clothes looking like they’re used but priced at an average of 50 euros an item, the whole experience has been very disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend nor come back here again.

::Mostly men & women's clothing and shoes, very small children's section. The search is a great challenge but there are great bargains to be found! For example: I bought 2 pair of Camper for kids, both discounted from 80 to 10euros 😊
